V. Expert Introduction:

Expert 1: Fu Liping, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of the Department of Management and Economics of Tianjin University, Dean of the School of Public Administration of the Department of Management and Economics of Tianjin University, in recent years, she has published more than 50 academic papers in domestic and international journals and more than 10 monographs and successively undertook more than 20 key projects of the National Social Science Foundation, the Ministry of Science and Technology's Science and Technology Support Project, and the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Project, etc. She has been awarded the National MPA Excellent Teaching Award, Tianjin Outstanding Achievement Award in Social Sciences, the Top Ten Expert Tutors Most Favored by MBAs, and the 10th “Top Ten Good Tutors in My Mind” of Tianjin University. She is also a member of the Management Group of the Discipline Review Group of the Fifth Municipal Degree Committee of Tianjin Municipality, and the vice president of the Tianjin Administrative Management Society.

Expert 2: Sun Zhenqing, Ph. D., PhD supervisor. He is a Tianjin Distinguished Professor and a professor of the College of Economics and Management of Tianjin University of Science and Technology. Director of Green Development Research Institute of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Director of Behavioral Analysis Laboratory of Green Development Decision-making of Tianjin University of Science and Technology; Leader of Tianjin Universities Green Development Concept and Innovative Product Design Innovation Team. He is a member of the Academic Committee of Tianjin University of Science and Technology (TUST), a member of the Degree Committee and Academic Committee of the College of Economics and Management of TUST, and the first Director of the Research Center for Energy, Environment and Green Development of TUST. In 2009, he went to Sussex University, UK, as a visiting scholar at Freeman Research Center; in 2017, he went to Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, USA, as a senior visiting scholar.

Expert 3: Li Yan, professor, and master’s supervisor, serves as the secretary of the faculty and staff branch of the Department of Public Utilities Management in the College of Economics and Management of Tianjin University of Science and Technology and the head of the department, focusing on the enhancement of his business capacity. She has presided over and participated in more than 20 scientific research projects at provincial and ministerial levels, and written more than 10 high-level papers. She won the second prize of the 16th Tianjin Social Science Outstanding Achievements and the first prize of the 1st Tianjin University of Science and Technology Social Science Outstanding Achievements. Academic papers written by independent authors have been reprinted in full by Xinhua Digest, and the proposal on governance has won the third prize for excellent decision-making and consulting achievements of the third Tianjin University Think Tank. She was specially appointed as an expert in the “Tianjin Administrative Decision-making Consulting Service Expert Database”.
