The main report on the characteristics of the National Social Sciences and National Self-Science Program, and make a comparative analysis, and then targeted the two types of projects in the application writing some of the problems in the experience sharing, give relevant application advice, after the meeting participants exchange seminars.

Expert Introduction:

Li Yongjian, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Executive Vice Minister of Humanities and Social Sciences Research Department of Nankai University. He is a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation and China Youth Science and Technology Award, and has been selected for the Ministry of Education's New Century Outstanding Talents Support Program, the first level of Tianjin's “131” Innovative Talents Cultivation Project, and the head of Tianjin's Humanities and Social Sciences Innovation Team and Chief Scientist. Professor Li's research areas include logistics and supply chain management, platform economy and operation management, system optimization, and decision analysis. Prof. Li has published more than 140 papers in well-known management journals at home and abroad, of which more than 100 papers have been collected by SCI/SSCI. He has also published one academic monograph, and one of the monographs has been selected in the National Library of Social Sciences. As the chief expert, Prof. Li has presided over several major projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China, major research programs and key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and major projects of the Ministry of Education's humanities and social sciences key research bases.

Prof. Li Yongjian also serves as executive director of the Chinese Society of Management Science and Engineering, executive director of the Chinese Society of Systems Engineering, deputy director of the Supply Chain and Operations Management Branch of the Society of Management Science and Engineering, editor-in-chief of the SUSOC journal, deputy editor-in-chief of the MSCRA and the NBRI, and member of the editorial boards of the Theory and Practice of Systems Engineering, Control and Decision Making, Management Science in China, Operations Research and Management, and the Journal of Management Engineering, and so on.
