On March 29, the 2025 National University Business Elite Challenge Brand Planning Competition and (Singapore) Global Brand Planning Competition China Regional Selection Competition Tianjin Municipal Competition (hereinafter referred to as Tianjin Municipal Competition) was successfully held in Hexi Campus of Tianjin University of Science and Technology. The Tianjin Municipal Competition raised the flag of innovation, gathered elite teams from colleges and universities in the city, and injected strong kinetic energy into the education of management science with the theme of “Creating Brands and Educating for the Future”.

This year's Tianjin Municipal Competition was co-organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Business Industry Committee, China International Chamber of Commerce (CICC) Business Industry Chamber of Commerce, China Business Culture Research Association and China Society of Business Economics, and hosted by Tianjin University of Science and Technology (TUST). More than 60 teams from nearly 20 colleges and universities in the city gathered on the field to compete with each other, refining classroom theories into practical blades and crafting brand planners in time-limited challenges.

The Tianjin Municipal Competition adopted a group competition mode, and the evaluation experts adhered to the standards of innovation, transformation, and humanity, considered the rigor of business logic, attached more importance to the social value of the program, and assessed the brand plan and defense performance of each group, and finally decided on the first, second, and third prizes at the provincial level. The outstanding teams will be qualified to participate in the national finals on May 10-11th.

In this Tianjin Municipal Competition, the main committee of Tianjin University of Science and Technology carefully sculpted each link of the event to create a fair and impartial competitive environment. The tournament was transformed into a furnace for talent refinement, leading Tianjin students to understand the true meaning of branding - the unity of commercial tools and cultural monuments - in actual combat. At the end of the defense, the screen is not only the score but also the fire of innovation, highlighting the fruit of the integration of industry and education. This competition is a concentrated manifestation of TUST students practicing the “TUST Consensus” and striving to be the pioneers of TUST. At the same time, the competition also witnessed the growth of young people, but also lifted Tianjin education to climb the peak, summoning the power of youth to join the wave of business innovation, and injecting vigorous kinetic energy for the industry.
