On March 19, 2025, the pre-training mobilization meeting for Carbon Emission Administrator Vocational Skill Grade Recognition was held in the conference room on the first floor of the Carbon Neutral Research Institute on the Hexi Campus of the university. Li Wenfu, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College of Economics and Management, Kong Lintao, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office, and Sun Zhenqing, Executive Director of Carbon Neutral Institute attended the meeting, and relevant teachers from the Academic Affairs Office and the Working Group of Carbon Emission Administrator Vocational Skill Level Recognition attended the meeting. The meeting was hosted by He Yankun, vice president of the Carbon Neutral Institute.
He Yankun introduced the qualifications of the trainees applying for the training. According to the relevant regulations and requirements of the National Occupational Standard for Carbon Emission Managers, the relevant issues were voted on based on the discussion of all the experts attending the meeting.
The Academic Affairs Department carried out the interpretation of policies and regulations, emphasized the work responsibilities of the examiners and supervisors from the aspects of pre-test preparation, examination process, and safety of examination and evaluation, and also gave specific explanations from the aspects of preparation specification, monitoring operation, identity verification, examination and evaluation process, and handling of abnormal situations.
Sun Zhenqing put forward new requirements for the training work, highlighting the in-depth integration of courses and social practice, while planning the future direction of Carbon Neutral Institute and boosting the confidence of the team.
Kong Lintao affirmed the significance and importance of this training and also pointed out that we should continuously improve our learning ability, strengthen the cultivation of teamwork consciousness, and continuously accumulate relevant work experience to realize the long-term development of our work.
Li Wenfu put forward a series of requirements for this recognition work. To ensure the quality of the work, through this recognition work to improve the ability, accumulate experience, check the leakage and make up for the shortcomings; to do a good job in the construction of the organization and the construction of system norms; to improve the position, to ensure the social benefits of the training work, to do a good job in lawful compliance, and to do a good job in the whole process of management.
