(3) Teaching cases *"The 'Express King' Goes South—SF Holding's Acquisition of Kerry Logistics"* (2023) and *"Big Hand in Hand with Small Hand—The Road from Delisting to Restructuring of Kedi Dairy"* (2024) were selected for the "China Management Case-Sharing Center" case library.
