Extensive involvement in teaching, research and practical work in the Department of Management at Shenyang Ligong University (formerly Shenyang Institute of Technology), the Audit Department of Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and the College of Economics and Management at Tianjin University of Science and Technology.

Research Interests:
