Introduction and Core Courses of the Human Resource Management Program

This program is designed to meet the needs of human resource management of enterprises in the new business environment, to meet the needs of enterprises for scientific and effective implementation of talent attraction, training, employment and retention, and to cultivate human resource management talents adapted to the strategic management and business development of enterprises. The program has been enrolled since 2003 and has trained more than 1600 undergraduates. It has now formed a three-paddle-driven content system of Humanities+HRM, Digital+HRM, and Business+HRM and a cultivation mode of industry-teaching integration. In cooperation with famous management consulting firms, human resource service companies, and other enterprises, we have established practice bases and cooperated in cultivating talents; in cooperation with international and domestic famous enterprises where our alumni work, we have provided professional students with guidance and services such as career planning, career growth, internship and employment. The high-quality employment rate of graduates is highly praised by employers.
