Introduction to the Investment Studies Program

The Investment Studies program, established in 2016, is dedicated to cultivating high-quality applied investment management professionals with an innovative spirit, practical skills, and well-rounded development in moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic, and labor education. This program integrates financial investment with industrial investment, balancing micro and macro perspectives with domestic and international dimensions. It focuses on analyzing and evaluating asset investment strategies, addressing issues related to investment decision-making and management, and pursuing the rational allocation of resources to maximize investment returns. Graduates are qualified to work in government economic management departments, financial institutions (including banks, securities firms, fund companies, insurance agencies, and trust organizations), corporate enterprises, as well as educational and research institutions, engaging in investment macro-regulation, risk management, investment consultation, and decision-making. Through nearly a decade of development, the program has established a comprehensive disciplinary system with notable achievements in curriculum development, practice bases, faculty team building, and research project approvals. The program maintains its distinct characteristics while achieving significant disciplinary advancements.
