In order to popularize the knowledge of tax law, create a good tax learning atmosphere, and enhance the awareness of students to pay taxes according to law, the Fifth “Hengxin Cup” National Elite Challenge for Personal Tax Accountants is hereby held, and the relevant matters of the competition are notified as follows:

I. Organizational units

Name of the Competition: The Fifth “Hengxin Cup” National Elite Challenge for Personal Tax Accountants.

Organizer: National Intelligent Taxation Industry Community.

Co-organizer: Finance and Taxation Committee of National Industry-Teaching Integration Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance.

Organizer: School of Economics and Management, Tianjin University of Science and Technology.

Technical support unit: Zhejiang Hengxin Education Technology Co.

II. Participants

Full-time undergraduates with official registration.

III. Scope of Competition

The total number of questions is 490, including single choice, multiple choice, judgment, and business questions, and the maximum number of questions per day is 35, which covers the knowledge of personal income tax.

IV. Arrangements for the Competition on Campus

1. Enrollment time:

Now to April 27, 2024;

2. Competition time:

April 28, 2024 - May 11, 2024;

3. Registration methods:

(1) Individual registration: Complete the assessment online;

(2) Applicants are required to join the following WeChat group.

4. Prizes:

(1) The first, second, and third prizes will be set up for the group by the school, and the proportion of the prizes will be 15%, 25%, and 35% of the number of participants respectively.

(2) Individual results in the national undergraduate colleges and universities ranked in the top 100 contestants will be awarded the “National Personal Tax Teacher (personal tax literacy master) hundred” individual honorary certificate.

(3) Individuals ranked first, second, and third among the participants from undergraduate schools nationwide will be awarded 800, 400, and 200 RMB respectively.
