V. Expert Introduction:

Hu Xiangpei, Dalian University of Technology, is a Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor and a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1983 and stayed in the university to teach. In December 1995, he joined the postdoctoral station of management science and engineering of Dalian University of Technology, and was promoted to the title of professor in August 1997, and was appointed as the supervisor of doctoral students in April 2000, and was selected as a national candidate of the National Project of “Hundred Tens of Millions of Talents” for the New Century in 2006, and was awarded the National Outstanding Youth Fund in 2007. From January 2008 to January 2018, he was the executive vice president of the Graduate School of Dalian University of Technology, and was appointed as the Changjiang Scholars Distinguished Professor in March 2010, and was awarded the State Council Special Governmental Allowance in 2011. He is also a part-time professor at Zhejiang University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Hefei Institute of Technology, and Hainan University. He was awarded the second prize of National Teaching Achievement and several times the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Prize and the Provincial Natural Science Outstanding Paper Prize. He is a member of the 6th and 7th Discipline Review Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council for Management Science and Engineering, and a member of the 7th and 8th Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education for the Department of Management. His main research interests include smart business and logistics management, blockchain and digital management, intelligent operations research and real-time optimal control of dynamic systems. He has published more than 200 papers in domestic and international journals.
