To deepen education and teaching reform, enhance young teachers’ professional competence and promote the high-quality development of the faculty team, the School of Economics and Management held the teaching supervisory guidance meeting of the "Qing Lan Project" series activities in Room 16-220, Hexi Campus on November 20, 2025. The school specially invited two teaching supervisors, Professor Yin Junhui and Professor Su Jinjin, to deliver guidance. Li Wenfu, Party Secretary of the school, and Yu Liyan, Vice Dean, attended the meeting. Young teachers from each program and staff from the Academic Affairs Section participated, and Yu Liyan presided over the session.
At the meeting, based on her regular class observation, Yin Junhui provided specific guidance for participating teachers on several aspects: upholding bottom lines in classroom teaching, mastering ideological and political theories, policies and regulations, integrating curriculum-based ideological and political education into classroom instruction, and selecting the latest cases for teaching. Su Jinjin shared guidance on improving classroom presence to arouse students’ interest in teaching content, ensuring sufficient information density in every lecture to help students grasp the depth and breadth of knowledge points, and cultivating students’ research capabilities through teaching. Benefiting greatly from the professors’ thorough and illuminating advice, participating teachers commented that the guidance will greatly support their future classroom teaching.
On behalf of the school, Li Wenfu expressed sincere gratitude to the two professors for sharing valuable experience with young teachers. Meanwhile, Li Wenfu urged young teachers to attend lectures delivered by senior teachers and learn from them modestly. He encouraged young teachers to actively take part in the Young Teachers’ Teaching Competition to hone their skills, accumulate teaching experience, and engage in lesson evaluation in the future.
The supervisory guidance activity of the "Qing Lan Project" marks an important milestone for the school’s faculty development. It inherits fine traditions while exploring innovations. In the future, adhering to the mission of “cultivating students with craftsmanship”, the school will pave the way for young teachers’ growth and inject continuous vitality into the high-quality development of education.
